TERI Names William G. Davidson to Top Financial Post

Boston, MA – TERI (The Education Resources Institute), has named William G. Davidson to be Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer.

“We are delighted that Bill Davidson has agreed to join TERI and bring his extensive financial knowledge and expertise to TERI’s goal of promoting educational opportunity for all,” said TERI President and Chief Executive Officer, Willis Hulings.

Mr. Davidson has over thirty years of experience in the financial services industry, most recently as Chief Financial Officer for the Small Business and Premiere Banking Group at Bank of America. Previously, he worked in such financial management positions as Chief Financial Officer for the Personal Financial Services Group and Commercial and Retail Banking Group at FleetBoston Financial, Director of the Consumer Credit Division and Senior Risk Officer at Marine Midland Bank, and various financial positions at National Westminster Bank USA and Irving Trust Company. Mr. Davidson is also a member of the board and Treasurer of the Treehouse Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping pre-adoptive and foster care children in Massachusetts. Mr. Davidson attended Queensborough College and Long Island University.
