Boston, MA. – The Education Resources Institute (TERI), a Boston based nonprofit organization specializing in college planning and financing, today announced the availability of a Pathways to College Network brochure—“Financial Aid, A Shared Agenda to Achieve Access and Success for Under-served Students.” The publication summarizes research-based practices and policies that address issues related to access and managing college costs for low-income students and under-represented minorities.
