Use this coversheet when sending TERI any of the following items relating to
information about your student loan:
Credit Agreement
Proof of Income
Signature Verification
Residency Verification
THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE APPLYING
Before you call or start your online application, it's a good idea to review
the questions and make sure you're prepared with answers about yourself or your
co-signer. If you do that, we'll work to get you preliminary approval in as
little as 15 minutes.
Social Security Number
Date of birth
Address Information:
· Home telephone
· Length of time lived there
· Employer's telephone
· Occupation/position
· Length of time employed there
· Gross income (Applying with a co-signer? Then you don't need to provide income information for yourself.)
· Amount of additional income
Personal references for both the student and co-signer. (You each need your own, separate references.)
Has the applying student or co-signer ever defaulted on a student loan or declared bankruptcy?
What is the name of the college the student is/will be attending?
