FAX COVERSHEET
Download a fax coversheet. Use this coversheet when sending TERI any of the following items relating to information about your student loan:

• Credit Agreement
• Proof of Income
• Signature Verification
• Residency Verification

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE APPLYING
Before you call or start your online application, it's a good idea to review the questions and make sure you're prepared with answers about yourself or your co-signer. If you do that, we'll work to get you preliminary approval in as little as 15 minutes.

• Full Name
• Social Security Number
• Date of birth
• Address Information:
· Home address
· Home telephone
· Length of time lived there
• Employer Information:
· Employer's name
· Employer's telephone
· Occupation/position
· Length of time employed there
· Gross income (Applying with a co-signer? Then you don't need to provide income information for yourself.)
• Additional income:
· Source of any additional income
· Amount of additional income
• Monthly rent/mortgage payment (including any home equity payment)
• Personal references for both the student and co-signer. (You each need your own, separate references.)
• Has the applying student or co-signer ever defaulted on a student loan or declared bankruptcy?
• What is the name of the college the student is/will be attending?
