ONLINE SCHOOL SERVICES GUIDE
This guide has been developed to provide you with a hands-on learning tool for
TERI’s Online School Services. Whether a first-time user or training new staff,
the guide walks you through the use of TERI’s online certification process,
online status and reporting functions, and processing cancellations and
refunds.
PAPER APPLICATIONS
Our loan product brochure has been improved to highlight of the TERI guarantee loan products. However, with that upgrade has been the removal of the paper application. We did this to highlight the web- and phone-based application process we have. However, we don’t want to limit access to our loan products!
